About Jamie’s Cuisine
Raised in Fort Myers, FL, Chef Jamie Crisp has been in culinary since before it was his intended career. He grew up rolling silverware and prepping food in the kitchens where his father was an Executive Chef. Chef Jamie is self-taught and shop-taught, he gained his skills by following his passion for food and learning from superstar Chefs at local resorts. He evolved into a Fine Dining Chef through 14+ years of experience in AAA, 4-Diamond resorts working as an Executive Banquet Chef and Executive Sous Chef. While the majority of his experience is in fine dining and banquets, Chef Jamie’s main passion is really barbeque from the roots of North Carolina and Virginia where he lived for a few years in his youth. He believes in pleasing people in any way possible through his food and attentive service, listening to what kind of experience his guests are hoping for and striving to meet their expectations. Chef Jamie knows the importance of convenience without substituting quality. His abilities are endless and as any Chef will tell you, you never stop learning.
